Du är äventyrare och soldater på de sju haven. Varje runda kastar och placerar du tärningar för att utföra din fraktions unika handlingar. Genom att kontrollera regioner och leverera last samlar du Berömmelse. Den spelare med mest Berömmelse vinner!

En spelare är Bluefin Squadron, ett kompani av hajar och deras tandiga vänner som upprätthåller ordning med krut och klinga. En annan spelare är Mollusk Union, en allians av undervattensvarelser och deras kamrater som kämpar för att återta sitt forna hem. Med fler deltagare blir vissa spelare Smugglare, egensinniga kaptener som bryter blockader för att leverera last till dem som har störst behov – eller mest mynt.
